Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 1, 2026

Equity & Exclusion is produced by the Black Mail Black History Brand. This page explains what information this site collects, how it's used, and what choices you have.

Analytics

This site uses Google Analytics (GA4) to understand aggregate traffic patterns — for example, how many people visit, which entries are read most often, and which pages need improvement. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to collect this information, which may include your IP address, device type, browser, and general location (city/region level, not precise).

This data is reported to us in aggregate form. We do not use it to identify you individually, and we do not sell or share it with third parties beyond Google's own processing of it as our analytics provider. You can read Google's Privacy Policy for details on how Google handles this data, and you can opt out of Google Analytics tracking across all websites using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

What stays on your device

Your pinned entries and reading progress are stored locally in your own browser. They are never sent to our servers and never leave your device. If you clear your browser's local storage or switch devices, this information will not carry over.

Feedback form

If you submit the feedback form on this site, the name, email address, and message you provide are sent via Formspree so we can respond to you. We use this information only to read and respond to your feedback, and do not use it for marketing or share it with third parties beyond Formspree's role in delivering the message to us.

Cookies

Beyond the analytics cookies described above, this site does not use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking.

Children's privacy

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
